Responsibilities

  • Provide investment support to investment managers by overseeing daily changes on accounts
  • Open/close accounts
  • Process account maintenance items
  • Perform daily/monthly trade and transaction reconciliations
  • Set up new securities
  • Perform quality control checks of new accounts and maintenance items
  • Communicate with investment managers, banks, and internal teams to review and correct discrepancies
  • Resolve open issues and questions, collaborating with internal technology and vendor support when needed
  • Attend and participate in IMS and corporate professional development sessions to identify process improvements
  • Partner with a team to grow career opportunities
