Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and demonstrate technical aptitude with experience in Go and SQL programming languages. A strong understanding of financial markets and trading operations is desirable, along with experience in reconciliations, risk monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for trade support including daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and trading activity, liaising with counterparties and exchanges on daily issues, building and maintaining automated processes in Go, working with the technology team to develop new tools and applications, managing cash and collateral across multiple brokers and clearing houses, producing various reports (including P&L, risk, and treasury), monitoring risks and escalating issues as necessary, monitoring regulatory reporting, participating in the on-call rota of the Operations team, onboarding new exchanges, counterparties, brokers, and products worldwide, executing ad-hoc trades, and performing ad-hoc data analysis and generating reports.
