Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem are required, along with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Knowledge of e-commerce software, including Shopify, Etsy, and associated apps like Recharge and Klaviyo, is highly desirable.
The Operations Analyst/Ecommerce Expert will lead and streamline operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management, identifying and implementing technical solutions to optimize workflows and performance. They will leverage their e-commerce expertise to adapt to new software, troubleshoot technical issues, and create flows and campaigns within platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo. The role also involves collecting and analyzing operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform strategic planning, as well as managing social media shops and collaborating with developer teams to ensure a cutting-edge e-commerce presence.
