Prefer one year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience or training
Ability to work independently, thoroughly, and in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude

Knowledge in Microsoft Excel such as formatting, page setup, printing, and basic formulas (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Outlook such as sending emails, attaching files to outgoing emails, and opening emails and attachments
Ability to take direction on different projects and be self-motivated to accomplish the task
Physical demands: Sit, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and talk and hear 34-66% of the time; stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms 0-33% of the time

Responsibilities

Daily review and reconciliation of production job packets
Monitor and reconcile raw materials, ingredients, and packaging inventory levels
Answer questions and assist in resolving issues related to production transactions, product, and recipe input
Process, analyze, and distribute various daily and weekly reports while meeting set deadlines
Enter and retrieve data from Ross daily; maintain production databases in Excel
Maintain data within Kronos to aid in plant reporting (Overtime lbs. man hour)
Work with the scheduler to make necessary adjustments, print, and distribute the daily schedule
Assist Supervisors and act as a liaison as needed
Spend time in production to better understand the paperwork process
Filing, organizing paperwork, and assisting co-workers as needed
