Competency with Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of SAP are also required.
The Operations Administrator will review and reconcile production job packets daily, monitor and reconcile raw materials and inventory levels, answer questions related to production transactions, process and distribute various reports while meeting deadlines, maintain production databases in Excel and Kronos, work with the scheduler to adjust schedules and distribute daily production schedules, assist operations supervisors, coordinate with operations to improve efficiency, create and maintain paperwork filing systems, perform indirect/direct procurement ordering and invoice reconciliation, and assist co-workers as needed.
