Responsibilities

Act as sub-leader in the operations team for specific customers, building operations processes and managing team members
Take responsibility for the quality and structure of deliverables from the maintenance/operations team, leading stable IT services for customers
Serve as the point of contact for customer communication, adjusting and controlling operations team activities for reliable responses
During critical/emergency responses, perform escalation management, summarizing responses and handling customer interactions
Support system implementation and construction from an operations perspective, contributing to ongoing overall optimization of the IT environment
Act as a trusted advisor to build and maintain effective customer relationships, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and contributing to customer and HPE business growth
