Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT technical experience (system construction, maintenance, or operations management)
  • Experience as a leader or sub-leader in a maintenance/operations team
  • Knowledge and practical experience in project management
  • Ability to proactively plan, coordinate, and execute problem resolution with team and partner companies
  • Ability to create documents for maintenance/operations teams or customer reports and explain to customers
  • Basic knowledge and experience with infrastructure (Server, Network, Storage, OS)
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Linux, VMware, Database
  • Basic knowledge and experience with OpenShift, GitHub, and OSS products, or aptitude to acquire these skills through training and practice

Responsibilities

  • As leader of the special maintenance/operations team for financial-related customers, build operations processes and manage team members
  • Take responsibility for the quality and structure of deliveries from the maintenance/operations team, leading stable IT services for customers
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer communication, adjust team activities, and control for reliable responses
  • During critical/emergency responses, act as escalation manager to summarize responses and handle customer interactions
  • Support system implementation/construction from an operations perspective within service scope, contributing to ongoing overall optimization of the IT environment
  • As a trusted advisor, build and maintain effective customer relationships, ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, and contribute to customer and HPE business growth
