Responsibilities

Report to the Revenue Optimisation Department Manager and collaborate closely with Copyright, Royalties, and Insights teams
Lead the Operational Audit and Insights team
Use data to improve registration accuracy, royalty performance, and operational efficiency
Deliver projects that drive revenue growth and support strong commercial decisions across Sentric
Manage day-to-day operations of the Audit and Insights functions within the Revenue Optimisation Department
Continually assess team operations and performance, working with management to improve processes
Work with Revenue Optimization Manager to develop Revenue Optimization team skills
Strengthen and expand data-driven initiatives to deliver measurable competitive advantage
Leverage advanced data-capabilities to identify and create new value externalization opportunities
Lead implementation of a seamless registration audit process to optimize revenue potential
Take ownership and accountability for the delivery, maintenance, and ongoing development of insights and reporting
