Requirements

5+ years of IT technical experience (system construction, maintenance, or operations management)
Experience as project leader in large or medium-scale projects, or as manager in maintenance/operations teams
Knowledge and practical experience in project management
Ability to proactively plan, coordinate, and execute problem resolution with teams and partner companies
Ability to create documents for maintenance/operations teams or customer reports, and explain to customers
Basic knowledge and experience with infrastructure (Server, Network, Storage, OS)
Basic knowledge and experience with Linux, VMware, Database
Basic knowledge and experience with OpenShift, GitHub, and OSS products, or aptitude to acquire these skills through training and practice

Responsibilities

As leader of the special maintenance/operations team for financial customers, manage team overall, manage team members, coordinate with customers, and take responsibility for delivery quality and structure to lead stable IT services
Take responsibility for delivery quality and structure of the maintenance/operations team, and lead stable customer IT services
Serve as the point of contact for customer communication, adjust maintenance/operations team activities, and control for reliable responses
During critical/emergency responses, perform escalation management, summarize response details, and handle customer interactions
Support system implementation/construction from operations perspective within service scope, and contribute to ongoing overall optimization of IT environment
As trusted advisor, build and maintain effective customer relationships, sustain customer satisfaction, and contribute to customer and HPE business through ongoing relations
