Requirements

Wear PPEs while working in routine operation/maintenance of any machine as per requirements and inform supervisor/individual regarding safety/hazard concerns
Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), Good Document Practice (GDP), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & Data Integrity Principles (ALCOA+)
Ensure cleanliness and environmental norms of clean room and availability of clean room garments and goggles
Follow clean room behavior and entry/exit procedures as per SOP
Carry out all activities in compliance mode and implement cGMP norms continuously in the production area
Ensure machine works smoothly, performs well, and produces desired standards
Display status tags properly
Coordinate with engineering department for plant-related repairs, preventive maintenance, EMS/BMS excursions, and communicate utility/technical problems to avoid production loss or quality issues
Communicate with chemist and supervisor for production activity/plan, rejection, breakdown, and escalate/rectify quality issues as per SOP
Stop activity if any non-conformance is found and inform superior

Responsibilities

Perform batch manufacturing operations as per Standard Operating Procedure
Perform and ensure CIP & SIP processes are carried out as per validated procedure
Perform and ensure cleaning and disinfection of floor, ceiling, wall, pipeline, vessels, and equipment as per defined frequency
