  • Proven experience in providing technical support for Servers, network, regulatory applications
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Regulatory Applications (Bank specific)

Responsibilities

  • Work in close collaboration with the Bank’s Project Manager to support the smooth execution of project activities (Project Management)
  • Support a selection of locally hosted infrastructure and applications, with on site and/or remote support, to ensure that infrastructure is supported and maintained with latest updates and upgrades as required, coordinating with other Bank teams (Infrastructure & Application Support)
