Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0+ years of experience in customer service or technical assistance roles
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, move up to 20 lbs continuously, and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, visual acuity, color vision, and manual dexterity daily
  • Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • HSPA/CRCST certification and ability to maintain annual renewals
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, or relevant medical certifications
  • Experience in operating rooms or with surgical equipment
  • Experience in Sterile Processing

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the use of Stryker Endoscopy equipment in coordination with the OnSite Specialists team, surgical teams, Sterile Processing teams, and biomedical teams, while maintaining OnSite Operations standards and expectations
  • Ensure Stryker Endoscopy equipment is properly prepared, fully operational, and compliant with standards to enable safe and efficient surgical procedures
  • Proactively identify the needs of surgical teams and address equipment issues promptly and effectively
  • Troubleshoot and repair surgical devices to maintain peak performance
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through Stryker training and communicate key insights to clinical teams
  • Document and communicate data to contribute to ongoing improvement efforts
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and patient privacy requirements
  • Work rotating shifts and fulfill on-call duties to ensure continuous surgical coverage, as required by the medical facility
  • Clean, inspect, and assemble surgical instruments in preparation for sterilization in the Sterile Processing Department
