This is an OnSite Specialist position based in Chicago, IL, with field-based work flexibility. The role requires providing support at the assigned account and potentially other accounts, which may involve overnight travel.
The position is third shift, with potential for shifts to change without notice based on account needs, including rotating shifts, on-call, overnight, and weekends. Coverage may be required at other accounts in and outside the region.
A Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent certifications are preferred, along with Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy and surgical procedures. Essential skills include basic computer skills (Microsoft Office), strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly in high-stress situations.
