Candidates must have a High School diploma or G.E.D., preferably a college diploma or university degree in a computer-related field, and 4-5 years of IT technical support experience. Additional requirements include experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365 in enterprise environments, hardware/software troubleshooting, and mobile devices.
This is an onsite position based in Toronto, ON, involving direct support for executives, room checks, and external event monitoring.
Responsibilities include being the point of contact for executives to resolve device issues, monitoring meetings and events, setting up video conferences and Webex, and configuring hardware like laptops, phones, and tablets.
Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), organization, analytical, problem-solving skills, good initiative, and proactivity are required.
Experience with Service Now ticketing system, networking troubleshooting, and MDM functionality for mobile device security is preferred.
