Requirements

  • Interest in oncology marketing and willingness to complete a 12-month traineeship in Spain and Portugal
  • Ability to work full-time, with onsite presence as per BMS occupancy structure (site-essential or site-by-design requiring at least 50% onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the implementation of the Annual Brand Plan
  • Assist in the development and creation of promotional materials: review of layouts and texts, follow-up and execution of internal approval processes for promotional materials
  • Participate and assist in activities and projects: contact with agencies, organization of meetings, follow-up and management of logistics
  • Monitor the implementation of the e-strategy / multichannel
  • Manage payments and contracts, process requisitions, and control budget
  • Collaborate with the Sales Network: handle requests for materials, send promotional cycle materials, assist in developing local plans, communications, and iPAD usage
  • Participate in cycle meetings: manage participants, invitations, agenda, logistics, and support innovative sessions
  • Support the organization and development of product team meetings
