Responsibilities

  • Mitigate risk and execute project management methodologies in planning, prioritizing, and scheduling Risk Management Products and Services
  • Coordinate over 75 client sales annually, impacting over $3 million in revenue
  • Improve client experience and speed to revenue optimization from sales contract to implementation kickoff
  • Capture and analyze internal and external data to propose solutions for streamlining the implementation process
  • Identify key stakeholders and ensure clarity around proposed services before implementations begin
  • Gather and categorize client and contract-specific details for the implementation team
  • Proactively identify conflicting implementation projects and resources, and reprioritize based on enterprise client priority (Revenue Optimization, 40%)
  • Own the pipeline for new client and product implementations, identifying requirements and resolving issues with field/internal departments
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with field personnel to educate on onboarding requirements and secure information
  • Mitigate risks through cross-departmental collaboration prior to contract signature, defining products/services and customized steps
  • Collect implementation data and establish foundations for implementations by product type
  • Gather and analyze client loan file specifications, connecting with client SMEs (Client and Organizational Alignment, 30%)
  • Develop deep understanding of products and configuration options to meet client needs
  • Capture and analyze implementation issues to identify preventive solutions
  • Participate in product steering committees to identify opportunities, solutions, and prioritization
  • Innovate solutions to reduce complexity, increase quality, reduce time to implementation, and reduce cost
  • Create weekly sales and implementation reports for senior executives with status updates and financial metrics (Aggregated Master Project Planning and Prioritization, 20%)
  • Review final contracts for accuracy against Intake Process communications
  • Provide insight and recommendations as part of departmental leadership team
