Candidates should have experience working in an operations function, preferably in people operations, and experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, ideally within a startup company. They should be excited by the constant change and growth associated with a startup, possess a strong sense of ownership, be comfortable working independently, and be willing to ask for help when needed. Strong English writing and speaking skills are required, along with fluency in multiple languages as a bonus. International people operations experience is also a plus.
The Onboarding Operations Coordinator will assist the Onboarding Operations team in onboarding new employees, taking on projects and tasks to ease administrative load on specialists across regions. They will also assist in creating and maintaining documentation, continuously identifying and implementing improvements to the onboarding experience, managing employee data and serving as a subject matter expert, supporting reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives, and identifying automation opportunities within onboarding processes.
