Candidates must possess hands-on experience with Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Hybrid), Web Technologies, APIs, and Integration Techniques, demonstrating the ability to translate and troubleshoot various scripting languages. They should have familiarity or experience integrating SDKs, coupled with a strong understanding of Software Design and Deployment, Database concepts, and Project Management methods & tools. Experience presenting in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is also required.
As an Onboarding Engineer, the role involves working directly with technical stakeholders and development teams to guide them through the successful integration of CleverTap’s Mobile and Web Application SDKs and API’s, ensuring smooth and timely onboarding of new customers. This includes building relationships, educating, guiding, and training customers’ Business Users, Developers, and other technical stakeholders through the implementation process, campaign creation, and successful ‘Go Live’. The position requires acting as a product consultant, assisting with techno-functional knowledge, conducting technical audits, and providing actionable inputs to internal teams. Additionally, the engineer will document technical requirements, create content, estimate schedules, and maintain customer satisfaction through technical support and troubleshooting.
