Experienced administrator with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Deliver proactive onboarding support to new starters and internal colleagues across the CCM Group
Complete pre-employment screening and reference checks in line with company and client SLAs
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the People System
Coordinate onboarding logistics with IT, Facilities, and L&D teams
Support client audits by preparing and providing required documentation
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive onboarding experience
Assist with contracts, new starter paperwork, and general HR admin support
