Position Overview

The Client Onboarding Consultant, reporting to Experian Health, will manage the setup of clients, users, products, and payers based on contracts, Statements of Work, and Sales to Implementation. You will be accountable for the entire client setup process, including collecting required documentation, maintaining clear and detailed documentation of the process status, and meeting expected timelines to ensure successful implementation and ongoing client success. You will also be responsible for raising any concerns regarding scope and deliverables to management.


Responsibilities

  • Review and verify the accuracy of all required documents.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to perform all necessary tasks for onboarding clients and achieving successful implementation.
  • Conduct Onboarding client meetings, prepare and distribute agenda, meeting minutes, and documentation for clients.
  • Collect relevant client information to set up client accounts.
  • Participate in all required meetings to support client onboarding.
  • Maintain and share the status of assigned Client Onboarding tasks.
  • Update all required applications and documents.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and track all changes affecting client onboarding.
  • Communicate changes and events to concerned parties.
  • Escalate any issues or concerns relating to assigned Client Onboarding to leadership for guidance and direction.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of project management methodology and tools, including software systems and PC desktop applications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle, healthcare products and operations, and legislation and regulations affecting the healthcare revenue cycle industry.
  • Limited travel may be required.
