  • Able to drive a personal vehicle to commute between multiple sites (Stamford CT, Greenwich CT, Tarrytown NY, Rye Brook NY, Armonk NY, Yorktown Heights NY)

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support and coverage at multiple customer locations
  • Deliver excellent customer service in person, by email (Outlook), and via Microsoft Teams
  • Perform reception duties: greeting visitors, assisting guests, answering and forwarding calls
  • Schedule and manage conference rooms through Outlook and other platforms
  • Support hospitality tasks: stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness, organizing common areas
  • Assist with conference room setups, resets, and event support
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Use mailroom equipment, postage meters, and shipping tools
  • Handle print production tasks: printing, assembling, binding, finishing work
  • Perform Key-Op tasks: replenish paper/toner, clear paper jams, troubleshoot basic equipment issues
