Requirements

5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or a workplace experience role within a professional or corporate environment
Proven ability to plan and execute multiple events simultaneously with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail

Demonstrated experience managing event budgets using Excel or Google Sheets and analyzing related data

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute multiple weekly events of varying size and complexity, from conception to completion
Lead pre-event planning sessions with internal stakeholders to align on goals, logistics, and vision for onsite and offsite activities
Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring vendor and supplier success
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Facilities, and Internal Communications for hybrid or virtual meetings, providing technical and logistical support
Create and maintain digital event materials, including landing pages, email reminders, and Slack channels
Track and analyze event data, communications, and budgets using internal systems and reporting tools
Manage expense tracking and timely vendor payments while maintaining accurate documentation
Support additional Workplace Experience projects and initiatives as needed
