Responsibilities

Provide office operations services and white-glove customer support (client welcome experience, meeting preparation, event production)
Handle reception, internal and external customer support, mail/shipping, and general administrative support
Prepare and maintain conference rooms for executive meetings, use online tools to reserve meeting space, manage internal distribution lists
Assist clients with guest badges and Wi-Fi access, assist others as needed
Provide customer support with individualized attention, accurate information, efficient service, and timely follow-up
Audit responsibilities for Life Safety, support finance functions, provide security, reservations, and catering support
Cross-support to local technology team and support high-profile in-office events
Foster engaging in-office experience: support office functions, proactively assist with new tools, office bookings, reset workspaces, support/plan events
Volunteer for and support office-level activities including events, client events, marketing, and communications
Business partner for Accenture customers by providing outstanding customer support
Support life safety efforts, including badge access, audit reports, and general CCure administration
Plan and manage operations and delivery of services, ensuring compliance to policies, budgets, guidelines, and reviewing performance against objectives
Identify new ways to add value and proactively take on new tasks to improve team productivity
Independently complete Workplace Solutions customer services: workspace set-up, A/V support, catering set up/breakdown, welcome desk coverage, floor operations support, space utilization management
Support planning and execution of all on-site meetings and events
Make process improvement suggestions and implement changes for seamless office experience
Receive, review, and allocate Workplace Solutions invoices, resolve billing issues, manage as point of contact
Manage vendor relationships ensuring current NDAs are on file
Prepare, pull, and analyze data reports on in-office bookings and activities
