The Office Manager will oversee daily operations of multiple office locations across Europe, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and improvements for office facilities, providing administrative support to senior management and teams, developing and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction, managing office budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions for office supplies and services. They will also establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies, serving as a liaison between European offices and the headquarters, preparing and presenting reports on office operations, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
