Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration desirable but NOT essential
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role supporting senior manager
  • Experience within the Civil/Rail Infrastructure space highly desirable but NOT essential
  • High standard of written and verbal communications
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Intermediate MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Current Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Support the GM with minutes of the management meetings
  • General administration for office and senior management team
  • Support program level site meetings, coordinating attendance, preparing agendas & recording of and distribution of minutes of meetings
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors as required
  • Manage office stationery and supplies, ordering fruit and milk orders
  • Assist with maintenance of office environment with general housekeeping and liaising with external office cleaning contractor
  • General daily maintenance of coffee machine & kitchens
  • Coordination of catering for weekly morning tea, meetings, events, and toolboxes
  • Receive and arrange couriers as required
