Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Global People Ops Team to oversee the functioning of the office and create an exceptional work environment (i.e. keep our kitchens stocked, inventory management, regular maintenance of the office, improvements, etc)
  • Liaise with facility management and service providers (i.e. cleaning, security service, etc)
  • Be the first point of contact for our people regarding office-related topics and external partners for establishing office procedures
  • Be our work environment specialist in the Tallinn office
  • Collaborate with our global People Ops team in organizing company-wide events
  • Support our employer branding activities (i.e. making stories for Instagram, ordering company merch, our contact for visitors etc)
  • Send and/or take care of other ad-hoc events, gifts, and swag
  • Coordinating work anniversaries
  • Supporting onboarding with several initiatives (i.e. by setting up desks for new hires and office tours on the first day, first-day orientation call etc)
  • Make sure Glianeers visit the occupational health doctor and be the first point of contact from Glia’s side for Meliva (former Qvalitas)
  • Organize accommodation for Glianeers who visit our Tallinn or Tartu office and/or travel from the EU to Estonia
  • Be the main point of contact with any relocation case within the company
