  • Front Desk & Communication: Managing incoming calls, correspondence, and courier services

  • Travel & Logistics: Booking business travel and managing related documentation
  • Fleet & Car Policy Management: Coordinating vehicle maintenance, insurance claims, and compliance with company car policies
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Maintaining records of local supplier contracts and supporting invoice processing and reconciliation
  • Document & Asset Management: Handling document archiving, scanning, and fixed asset inventory and transfers
  • Finance Support: Registering invoices, managing expense reports, and collaborating with the finance team for month-end closing
  • Health & Safety: Supporting occupational safety, fire safety compliance, and coordinating with external providers
  • General Office Support: Organizing meetings, assisting with translations, and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks
