Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in operations

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the O2C operations, including efficient credit management, liaising with customer care for timely order entry, logistics management for timely deliveries and pod collection, pricing and quotations, consignment management, working closely with the Operations Excellence team for dispute resolution, and data matching and uploading
  • Lead and oversee daily O2C activities to ensure timely execution and alignment with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Monitor invoice status movements to ensure performance meets or exceeds SLA targets
  • Develop and maintain detailed action plans by functional area, outlining resource needs, transaction volumes, and prioritization logic for both outstanding and incoming transactions
  • Track team and individual performance against SLA commitments, identifying and addressing gaps proactively
  • Collaborate with functional and commercial leaders to update risk mitigation plans and escalate unresolved issues as needed. Oversee risk management and crisis response plans
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards in all operational aspects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of documentation provided by internal and external logistics teams related to customer product deliveries
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between Commercial, Customer Care, and Logistics teams to drive compliance with delivery standards and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
  • Conduct daily and weekly tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze root causes of underperformance and align findings with action plans
  • Define and implement corrective measures in collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Business operations, Credit Services and Logistics teams, tailored by assignment and functional area
  • Escalate unresolved performance gaps or misalignments through the appropriate organizational channels
  • Prepare and lead weekly operational reviews with key stakeholders, ensuring follow-through on action items and accountability against agreed plans
  • Consolidate bi-weekly updates on progress, KPIs, and challenges, presenting summary findings and improvement actions
  • Deliver monthly executive-level reporting for the Steering Committee, including performance metrics, insights, and updates on the improvement roadmap
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies, risk management, and service quality
