Responsibilities

Inform SI policy/process and lead on process execution across various environmental, social, and governance investment and business topics
Undertake research projects on pressing sustainable investment issues, analyze material ESG issues in portfolio companies, gather data for engagements, enhance ESG risk assessment frameworks, and analyze voting and engagement results
Daily monitoring of the fund’s risk in line with regulatory and Group internal requirements (UCITS, AIFMD)
Automating the monitoring of risk parameters (VAR, stress testing, leverage, liquidity, counterparty, sustainability risk, etc.) against established limits, and researching and escalating breaches
Automating controls to ensure compliance with UCITS and AIFMD regulatory requirements
Maintaining risk related policies, procedures, and documentation
Support the Conducting Officer and the other team members as required
Providing reporting on risk monitoring results to the EU management committee and boards
