Responsibilities

  • Inform SI policy/process and lead on process execution across various environmental, social, and governance investment and business topics
  • Undertake research projects on pressing sustainable investment issues, analyze material ESG issues in portfolio companies, gather data for engagements, enhance ESG risk assessment frameworks, and analyze voting and engagement results
  • Daily monitoring of the fund’s risk in line with regulatory and Group internal requirements (UCITS, AIFMD)
  • Automating the monitoring of risk parameters (VAR, stress testing, leverage, liquidity, counterparty, sustainability risk, etc.) against established limits, and researching and escalating breaches
  • Automating controls to ensure compliance with UCITS and AIFMD regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining risk related policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Support the Conducting Officer and the other team members as required
  • Providing reporting on risk monitoring results to the EU management committee and boards
