Candidates must possess 12+ years of sales and business development experience with a proven track record, including experience as a Global Account Manager and working with Edge and Asian OEMs. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is strongly preferred, with an MBA being advantageous. Proficiency in English and German is required, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus. The ideal candidate is an independent, energetic, proactive problem-solver with excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills, a solid understanding of the partner-led ecosystem, and experience in negotiating commercial agreements. Familiarity with NVIDIA technology, server/edge sell-in/sell-through experience, and an Enterprise/Data Center solution background are also highly valued. Willingness to travel is necessary.
The OEM Sales Enablement Manager will partner with OEM partners and NVIDIA's sales and marketing teams to drive growth in targeted markets through solutions and joint initiatives. This role involves understanding and strengthening OEM Data Center and Edge offerings, sales support, and channel partner strategies, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships across OEM sales organizations. Key responsibilities include selling NVIDIA technology for integration into OEM platforms, training and enabling OEM sales teams on technology and value propositions, and owning pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and sales execution. The manager must articulate the Accelerated Computing story, align with OEM server roadmaps, and present business and technical value propositions to decision-makers and C-level executives.
Designs GPUs and AI computing solutions
