Candidates should possess a Registered Nurse license in good standing, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Occupational Health Nurse. Strong knowledge of occupational health principles, safety regulations, and medical terminology is required, along with demonstrated proficiency in conducting medical examinations, interpreting medical records, and administering first aid and emergency medical care.
The Occupational Health Nurse will provide preventive, curative, and promotive health care services to P&G employees, including conducting pre-employment and periodic medical checkups, performing various occupational health tests, and administering first aid and emergency medical care. They will also assist in rehabilitation programs, implement vaccination programs, conduct workplace inspections, participate in mock drills, manage sickness absence cases, track and conduct regular medical testing, and provide medical advice related to business travel. Furthermore, the nurse will contribute to health risk analysis, conduct health needs assessments, and maintain records of employee vaccinations and exposures.
