Requirements

Candidates must hold a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Responsibilities

The Manager, Nursing Operations will read and understand clinical trial protocols to identify patient matches for various cancer types, collaborate with multiple data sources to extract relevant information, evaluate patients against inclusion/exclusion criteria, develop enrollment strategies with Site Operations and Pharma Operations, manage high-priority client relationships, oversee a team of clinical research nurse navigators, report on team performance, and manage workloads and priorities across the TIME Network.
