Responsibilities

  • Clinic Coordination: Set up and manage clinic calendars in our Occupational Health Management System to enable smooth appointment scheduling
  • Clinician Support: Maintain clinicians’ schedules, including managing annual leave and training time
  • Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure clinics are fully resourced and run efficiently
  • Documentation Management: Upload reports and certificates from third-party services, ensuring timely delivery to clients in line with KPIs
  • System Administration: Perform a variety of administrative tasks within our Occupational Health Management System to keep everything running like clockwork
  • General Admin Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to support the wider team and business objectives
  • Team Collaboration: Support with other duties as needed to help the team succeed
