Options include Day Shift (Mon-Fri, 11am-8pm ET), Evening Shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm ET), or Flex Shift (36 hours with 3x12 self-scheduled day shifts 9am-9pm ET, plus some mandatory overnights and weekends).
The role involves working in a multi-disciplinary clinical pod with RNs, LCSWs, and RDs, attending daily clinical huddles, reviewing cases collaboratively, and providing oversight to the team.
