Requirements
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding on self-service technology, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Assists management with supervision, including assigning duties, communicating goals/feedback, training on processes, providing direction on member service, ensuring policy compliance, supporting Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting/hiring/scheduling/promoting/coaching/evaluating associates
- Receives/stocks supplies/merchandise, organizes sales floor using equipment/merchandising, completes paperwork/logs/documentation per policies
- Maintains facility safety via sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, steel standard guidelines, correcting/reporting unsafe situations
- Ensures sales floor/merchandise maintenance by handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/arranging/organizing merchandise, setting up/cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, securing fragile/high-shrink items
- Monitors food/merchandise quality via product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation, merchandising categories, stocking/zoning/cleaning departments
- Leads/participates in teams by sharing resources/tools, determining needs/priorities, coordinating/executing assignments, providing advice/feedback/support, modeling adaptation to change
- Oversees picking/staging of club pick up orders per policy/procedures
- Develops/communicates/implements processes by collaborating with managers/co-workers/customers/partners, analyzing information, monitoring progress, identifying improvements
- Demonstrates/promotes compliance with policies/procedures/ethics/integrity, implements action plans, uses Open Door Policy, assists with correcting issues
