Requirements

Candidates must possess an active NY Nurse Practitioner license or an active NY Physician Assistant license, along with at least 3 years of experience providing primary care either via telemedicine or in-person. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-tech, brand-forward work environment is required.

Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will see patients in-person and virtually using the provided technology platform, deliver excellent, personalized patient care according to practice guidelines, work closely with a care team including a Health Coach to help patients optimize outcomes, participate in patient care program development, assist in resolving patient inquiries and requests, complete online charts accurately and promptly, follow organizational policies and procedures, and represent Parsley Health within the local and broader community.
