Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in medical device clinical support, sales, marketing or education roles
  • English and Polish full professional proficiency
  • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and medical education
  • Undergraduate degree, technical or medical background (preferred)
  • Advanced degree in a medical or technical field (preferred)
  • Strong clinical expertise in the neurovascular field, including stroke care pathways (preferred)
  • Experience in introducing and supporting innovative medical technologies (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel 80%

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a clinical expert in neurovascular procedures, with a focus on training and supporting internal teams and customers to achieve best-in-class clinical outcomes
  • Partner with sales teams to identify strategic accounts and develop tailored clinical strategies to drive adoption of neurovascular technologies
  • Facilitate physician in-service presentations, stroke simulation trainings, workshops, and clinical education sessions in line with regional and EMEA medical education strategies
  • Lead development of clinical protocols and best practice sharing across target accounts, including referral center engagement and patient pathway optimization
  • Support the opening and development of new thrombectomy centers or key clinical programs by designing and delivering tailored education and support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and rising star physicians to support the clinical positioning of Stryker’s neurovascular portfolio
  • Channel clinical insights and trends to the Marketing and Education teams to inform strategy and innovation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support Voice of Customer (VOC) and Medical Advisory Board (MAB) activities
