Valid driver’s license
Must carry own automobile liability insurance
Availability for various shifts starting between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including rotating weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Provide quality customer meals through snack and meal preparation and assembly, service, and cleanup
Operate the dish room and serving areas, including preparation of all foods; obtain, inventory, and serve hot and cold foods; and replenish hot and cold foods
Record temperatures of hot foods, refrigerators, and freezers
Assist with the collection and maintenance of records as needed by the Quality Assurance Department, OSHA guidelines, or as required by law
Clean and store cafeteria items including dishes, flatware, utensils, and pans
Assist with catering functions, including assembly, set-up, delivery, and retrieval of necessary items
Manage cafeteria inventory, including restocking, pricing, labeling, and vending machines
Complete assigned daily cleaning schedule within the department, including individual work area, equipment used, and storage areas in accordance with department standards
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
