Resident Dining Feeding Assistant Program - Avera (preferred)
Six months related experience and/or training (preferred)
Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
Ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds
Ability to work specified hours: 5:30pm-2:00am, every other weekend/holiday, 16hrs/2wks, night shift

Responsibilities

Prepare food items for assigned area
Meet standards established by Leader for food preparation, quality, sanitation, and efficiency
Make recommendations to Leader for all menus
Complete daily assigned cleaning in accordance with approved standards
Stock refrigerator, storerooms, work areas with appropriate labeling and dating procedures, food temperature record keeping, breaking down boxes
Operate dish machine, garbage disposal, steam tables, coffee makers, toasters, food processor, espresso machine, coffee grinder, and induction ranges (may)
Serve meals/beverages with attention to temperature maintenance
Perform light food preparation, plating food, putting away storeroom stock, and catering functions
