Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience using digital products and teaching in a nursing education program
Experience teaching in the BSN program environment
MSN required
High level of understanding and comfort with digital books, electronic health records (EHR), assessment tools, learning management systems, and other instructional technology
Experience presenting in formal and informal settings, with a dynamic personality and excellent presentation skills
Passionate about the ability of technology to transform education
Ability to communicate clearly in virtual and in-person settings and possess strong written communication skills
Strong customer orientation and the ability to build effective relationships with customers
Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Willing and able to travel with up to 40% overnight travel required

Responsibilities

Provide post-sale user product implementation education sessions for nursing faculty
Consult and make presentations virtually and in-person for nursing faculty
Assist customers with integrating e-products into their curriculum through a variety of means including sharing best practices
Help nursing faculty develop teaching strategies that drive student engagement
Provide product and market feedback to marketing and product development teams
Communicate sales opportunities to the sales team and collaborate with key internal partners and other stakeholders
Develop content for delivery in white papers and Elsevier social media
Assist with planning and developing essential education materials for faculty
Assist in developing advisory board/super user faculty teams to generate product development improvement objectives and ideas
