Licensed to practice telemedicine in at least 15 synchronous telehealth states
At least 15 additional active independent state licenses in good standing, including AR, WV, DE, DC, KS, RI, VT
Completed an accredited FNP or WHNP program with national certification
ANCC board certification
Minimum of 2 years experience in primary care or reproductive care
1 year in-person primary care experience
At least 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience, preferably in a start-up environment
Great grasp of using online tools and technology to deliver high-level care and communication
Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship or transfer available)

Responsibilities

Conduct consultations via phone, video, or asynchronously based on state telemedicine regulations, only within full-practice states
Provide exceptional patient care using custom EMR by evaluating patient records, diagnosing, prescribing medication, and making lifestyle recommendations
Follow best practices and company-specific policies to diagnose and treat patients
Foster an inclusive, non-judgemental environment by communicating compassionately with patients in the patient portal and answering patient questions related to care
Available for scheduling during peak demand periods, including weekends, holidays, and the final week of each month (Per Diem 1099)
