Strong clinical skills and excellent organizational abilities are required, along with superior communication skills, particularly in listening and empathy. Candidates should be comfortable working with diverse patient populations and demonstrate technical proficiency in learning new systems and software.
The Telehealth Physician will learn the Solace systems and tools while providing clinical expertise in patient interactions. They will identify and prioritize patients’ needs, oversee patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare advocates, and address social determinants of health to ensure a streamlined care continuum.
