Requirements
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock/Logistics only)
Responsibilities
- Retail sales in seasonal and regular positions (e.g., Designer Women's Apparel, Beauty Sales)
- Provide customer service and sales support
- Perform inventory support tasks
- Handle seasonal fulfillment duties
- Manage beauty counter operations (Beauty Counter Manager)
- Assist customers with merchandise handling and sales
- Support stock and logistics operations (for applicable roles)
