As a NOC Operator at Getty Images, you will provide 24x7 support for production systems, minimizing customer impact by identifying, resolving, and escalating issues quickly, while also advising, coordinating resources, and providing leadership through strict adherence to the Incident Management process. You will respond to new alerts, triage, resolve, or escalate as needed, interact with various Getty Images teams to troubleshoot issues, coordinate with Facilities, Network, Storage, and Service Desk teams during outages, and play a pivotal role in incident triage to help engineers focus on project work and prevent customer impact.
