Requirements

  • Three or more years of work experience in advertising, gaming, or related creative positions
  • Strong understanding and excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with brand and product-related personnel to clarify project requirements
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and methods, able to grasp creative direction for marketing projects in the early stage
  • Able to create outstanding creative ideas that are recognizable in the market, considering the game's marketing rhythm and version content, and possess strong project driving and control capabilities to ensure creative execution
  • Good artistic foundation and multimedia professional skills, with unique insights into advertising, film, animation, and design, and actively explore innovative creative forms and content
  • Possess extensive knowledge of the anime/console game field, familiar with domestic and international game industries, business models, trends, and developments
  • Have a deep understanding and keen insights into anime/console game players, helping game products communicate with their target audience
  • Prior experience with overseas projects, foreign language proficiency, or rich experience in various game categories is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide advertising and content creative services for overseas game products
  • Independently connect with brand or product-side project requirements and lead the completion of creative planning schemes
  • Guide external suppliers to implement creative content execution, including video ads, character version PVs, offline events and exhibitions, etc
  • Participate in game development discussions early on, providing professional advice from the perspective of marketing creativity and content creativity
