The role requires physical presence in the corporate Tempe office for in-person 1:1 meetings, cross-functional collaboration, and team nurturing, and you must live within a commutable 50 miles of the office. In-office days are determined by business needs and can change.
Key skills include people leadership, fostering team collaboration and employee development, excellent communication for cross-functional work, empathy and ethical judgement for handling sensitive incidents, and abilities in setting OKRs, developing strategy, and building processes.
You will lead a team of 8-10 entry-level, hourly Trust and Safety representatives who handle frontline responses to safety incidents.
Strong candidates have experience as a people leader overseeing frontline agents, skills in managing KPIs and strategy development, and the ability to handle sensitive incidents with empathy while collaborating cross-functionally in an in-office environment.
