Responsibilities

Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Fire Alarm Systems, Burglary Systems, Surveillance Cameras, Digital Video Recorders, Access Control Systems, Intercom Systems, Network Clocks, Freezer/Cooler Probes, Audio Systems, Security/HVAC Pressure Sensors, related cabling, and other systems as assigned
Effectively troubleshooting and repairing faulty equipment or conditions
Maintaining and upgrading all systems’ hardware and software
Performing basic point-to-point troubleshooting on CCTV, Burglar, Fire, Keyless Access, and Intercom equipment
Performing regular preventative maintenance functions and building assessments
Inspecting and coordinating work performed by authorized vendors
Maintaining strong written and effective oral communication skills
Demonstrating attention to detail and resolving customer requirements effectively
Maintaining all equipment in good condition
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
