Requirements

Professional cleaning experience, preferred
Communicate both verbally and non-verbally in a positive, guest friendly manner
Report to work timely, dressed, and prepared for your daily assignment
Adhere to all safety policies
Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s Service Excellence standards
Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check
Must be able to read, write and communicate verbally in the English language
Available to work night shifts (3pm - 11pm or 5pm - 1am), including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Perform general janitorial duties for Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation office and on-mountain outlets
Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski & Resort Corp Service Excellence standards
Provide clean and sanitary restrooms, halls, lobbies and dining areas; scrub and sanitize urinals, toilets, stalls, sinks, walls and mop floors in restrooms
Vacuum floors, hallways, lobbies, landings, stairways, elevators, and dining areas and mop per schedule
Empty trash in restrooms and lobbies; shine and clean all chrome and stainless fixtures
Clean all windows and sills of prints, dust and bugs
Manage keys or key cards to securely unlock and lock buildings and various venues (security responsibilities)
Comply with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
Other duties as assigned
