Responsibilities

Hospitieren bei elektrophysiologischen Untersuchungen in Herzkatheterlaboren mit erfahrenen klinischen Spezialisten
Teilnahme an strukturierten Online- und Präsenzschulungen über einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten
Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Mentorin bzw. Mentor und dem klinischen Team
Übernehmen eigener Projekte, um Wissen zu vertiefen
Erhalten und Umsetzen von laufendem Feedback von erfahrenen Trainerinnen und Mentorinnen
Austausch mit anderen Teilnehmenden aus ganz Europa
Begleiten von klinischen Spezialisten bei anspruchsvollen elektrophysiologischen Behandlungen in Herzkatheterlaboren
Einblicke in die Planung und Umsetzung klinischer, technischer und edukativer Programme und Begleitung des Vertriebsteams
Unterstützen des Marketing- und Außendienstteams bei der Markteinführung neuer Produkte und Therapien durch Teilnahme an klinischen Reviews und Kundeninteraktionen
Lernen, wie wissenschaftliches Arbeiten Eingriffe optimiert und die Auslastung der Medtronic-Systeme steigert
Begleiten des Distrikt-Teams bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen für Ärzt*innen und Pflegepersonal
Beobachten und Unterstützen beim Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträger*innen
