Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized discovery conversations using Flow’s technology to assess each client’s needs, preferences, and timeframes
  • Articulate and tailor housing solutions across Flow’s portfolio
  • Direct prospects to alternative Flow properties when this better aligns with their lifestyle, budget, or timeline
  • Enjoy selling & negotiating within a tech augmented sales process that affords more autonomy and accountability
  • Own the full on-site sales motion, including tours, demonstrations, presentations, and closing
  • Maintain accountability for personal workflows & outcomes using Flow’s proprietary selling suite
  • Participate in product trainings, user testing, pilot programs, and feedback sessions
  • Provide structured input into technology roadmaps through tour notes, insights, and real-world observations
  • Represent Flow in relationships with local realtors, influencers and events that match well with Flow’s Brand ethos
